The Voice of the Client is an organizational commitment, strategy and culture designed to help us engage and collaborate with clients so that we can better understand and support their strategic and operational goals. The tenets of the VoC program—Listen, Align and Act—empower clients to give us specific information about what’s working and what’s not, with the confidence that we will hear their feedback and use it to adjust the way we do business. In turn, clients help us design products and services that best meet client needs and further our relationship as a strategic partner.
The Executive Client Council is a foundational element of our Voice of the Client initiative. The council, which includes a select group of C-suite executives, meets twice a year for a multi-day debriefing and visioning session. The session enables TriZetto to partner strategically with clients as we define products for the future. The council also meets virtually several times a year on specific topics that are pertinent and timely. Our goal is to help clients succeed in the evolving healthcare landscape.
This unique industry event brings together health plans, benefit administrators, health systems and physicians for interaction and collaboration on solutions and strategies that will help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business of healthcare. The conference incorporates industry speakers as well as market-specific breakout sessions that provide focused educational opportunities. Inter-market networking is encouraged in the TriZetto Solution Center, where demo stations showcasing TriZetto products and services as well as solutions offered by our payer, TPA and provider vendor partners are on display. Attendees are encouraged to forge relationships with business leaders, industry experts and strategic partners spanning the TriZetto client community.
The TriZetto Executive Vision Summit brings together industry thought leaders and senior-level executives from the TriZetto client base for two days of open discussions and insightful presentations on key trends affecting the healthcare industry. Executives explore challenges and opportunities, network with peers, and hear from guest speakers who share their experience and knowledge. Round-table and panel discussions round out the program, giving executives from payer and provider organizations opportunities to work together on problem-solving, engage in meaningful dialogue and identify a shared vision for the future.
The TriZetto User Group, an independent organization comprising TriZetto clients, pursues three major objectives: promoting the exchange of ideas, information and experiences among group members; providing feedback and recommendations that will help TriZetto improve solutions; and assisting TriZetto in planning and conducting the annual Healthcare Conference. The group’s board of directors serves as a liaison between TriZetto and member companies. The User Group also comprises several subcommittees, which focus on industry-specific mandates, healthcare reform initiatives, and TriZetto solutions.
Delivered to all TriZetto clients at various points throughout the year, the Client Relationship Survey measures our relationship and how we’re doing in those areas. Supplementing the relationship survey TriZetto is currently implementing surveys across key touch points of our client’s lifecycle. Based on client feedback gathered through these surveys, TriZetto’s business units develop action plans with respect to those areas in which clients indicate that importance is high and satisfaction is low. We make those our areas of focus for the year, and we report back regularly on progress.
The Customer Exchange portal is TriZetto’s client extranet. It provides support for TriZetto products 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer Exchange offers immediate access to release schedules and information, software downloads, product documentation and announcements. It also provides Incident tracking and reporting. The site includes a searchable knowledgebase and how-to section to share best practices and troubleshoot product-related issues. In addition to product content, the portal offers access to multiple user communities, message boards, and customer activity reports and product roadmaps.
The TriZetto Executive Briefing Center, situated in TriZetto’s worldwide headquarters in Denver, provides a comfortable, professional setting in which TriZetto executives, thought leaders and subject-matter experts help clients evaluate the effectiveness of their current IT solutions and strategies, assess their performance relative to peers and healthcare-industry benchmarks, uncover areas of potential improvement, and engage in strategic discussions that help them plan for the future.

The TriZetto Client Success Program provides clients with opportunities to network with other executives and key leaders, receive publicity by participating in joint marketing efforts in which clients share their TriZetto experience, and promote their companies as industry experts. Members in the Client Success Program connect with the TriZetto client community while generating positive exposure for their own organizations.
