TriZetto Announces CRM Software Agreement with
United Health Group's Specialized Care Services Business Segment
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – April 10, 2003 – The TriZetto® Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TZIX) has signed a five-year agreement to integrate and host customer relationship management (CRM) software for parts of UnitedHealth Group's (NYSE: UNH) Specialized Care Services business segment. Under the agreement, TriZetto will integrate call center software from Siebel Systems, Inc. with Facets®, TriZetto's flagship administration system for health plans.
Integrating the Siebel CRM application with Facets will allow Specialized Care Services to supply customer service representatives with comprehensive, current information to assist consumers, doctors and other providers, employers and brokers with inquiries and transactions.
