Community Health Plan Upgrades To TriZetto's Facets Extended Enterprise To Accelerate Entrance Into Consumer-Directed Market

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – March 11, 2004 – The TriZetto Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZIX), announced that Heartland Health has signed a software license agreement to move its health maintenance organization, called Community Health Plan, to Facets Extended Enterprise™ (Facets e2), TriZetto's comprehensive administrative system. An existing Facets customer, Community Health Plan is upgrading its system to Facets e2 and TriZetto's eBusiness suite to offer members broader products and services, such as defined contribution plans and Internet self-service. The health plan will use the software to process transactions for its members in northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas.
